AND IVE HEARD A GLASS OF WINE WONT HURT TO MUCH...JUST DO EXTRA CARDIO TO BURN THE EXTRA. IS THAT A MYTH OR AM I SET FOR SOME OCCASIONAL WINE DURING THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS? Thanks Ya'll. :)

Just use your head on eating. If you blow it, don't try to make it up by starving yourself the next meal or something, or skipping the next meal. Each meal is an entity in itself. You know better than most the better food choices. There is much good food out there at the holidays, it is a time to enjoy yourself somewhat. Self discipline and moderation are keys at this time of year. They do say a glass of wine can be very beneficial. It makes the platlets in the blood less sticky supposedly. Of course, over indulgence..if some is good, then lots is better, does not apply. As an early one, have a great Thanksgiving and Christmas.

One thing to keep in mind, Try not to eat any processed foods, like frozen appetiezers etc, and if your consuming any kind of alcahol, drink lots of water with it, and if you have more than one drink or beer, drink a glass of water or soda water in between each one.
Happy Holidays!

Of course it's always a question about eating clean healthy food BUT it's also a question about total daily (weekly, monthly!!) calorie intake.....
You need to find a balance. If you're going out tonight, eat "clean" during the day (and do some more cardio tomorrow) etc You got it? Of course you can let yourself eat and enjoy but just try to "control" it and you'll be okey!
