Actually, I make banana nut bread with this product ALL the time and you can not tell the difference. Look in your baking aisle for a 100% fat free substitute for baking oil...made by Smucker's called....Baking Healthy, Oil and shortening replacement for baking.

Great product. And I LUV my banana nut bread...just cover it with pnut butter and you have a great power boost material!

My girlfriend made some apple desserts, pie, crisp, etc., with "Splenda" sugar substitute. They came out very delicious. Think of the calorie savings there!

Yes and once you get use to it...it's all dandy. You just have to get the "rations" right but yeah.....I agree! Works better with pies, cakes and the like...I never have tried cookies with it. HmmmM!
