I actually RAN 1 mile today. It may not seem like a big deal to some but I was dying 1 month ago when I started. Now, I've got my rhythm down and I actually did it!!! YEA!!!

Thanks for all of your support folks... You knowledge and not being fitness snobs is really helpful and encouraging.

Great Job, I know exaclty how you feel, its a great accomplishment, now just keep pushing yourself to go further....

Wonderful job zz....fitness adaptations take time. It is a testimonial to your drive what you have accomplished.

Way to go zz...I know what your talking about...when I first started,after the kids were born,it took me 20 min to jowalk(that was my version of running)a 1/2 mile...and I sweat the whole way through..now I can easily run 2 miles in 20 minutes..keep at it and great rewards come...congrats!!!!:)
