Three questions:
1. I eat healthy, but my problem is that i don't have any good ideas for adding flavor to my meals. Ex- most marinades and sauces are loaded with corn syrup. Any suggestions?
2. Is flavored seltzer water OK? Its nutrition label says its sugarless, without sugar subs, but I'm not sure.
3. There are a lot of exotic type foods on the health list I can't find, like black rice, or even black vinegar... it sounds interesting. Where do I get that stuff?

Wow use red pepper flakes, cook with onions and garlic, use olive oil and make your own marinades. Salsa and chicken and steak go well, hot sauce. Then there are herb and other spices. Tons of stuff out there.
-------------- When I consider the short duration of my life, swallowed up in the eternity before and after, the little space which I fill and even can see, engulfed in the infinite immensity of spaces of which I am ignorant and which know me not, I am frightened and am astonished at being here rather than there; for there is no reason why here rather than there, why now rather than then. Who has put me here? By whose order and direction have this place and time been allotted to me? The eternal silence of these infinite spaces frightens me.

I love to squeeze fresh lime juice onto food for flavor, salsa is great, pico de gallo, many different seasoning blends (mrs. dash, emeril, prudhomme) are awesome, sprinkle them on fish or chicken before baking.
Also - check out the recipes here, many are flavorful and healthy (most have nutrition info..).
Seltzer water should be fine.
black rice and black vinegar might be found at either an asian grocery store or a high-end market. Otherwise you can find specialty ingrediemts online.
