hi..i'm lisa and i've been working out awhile now. i need some fresh ideas. i work out with a group of other "mommie's". we have been doing plyometric type stuff. thinking of moving into more of a bootcamp type workout. any ideas out there?
Hi lisa!!!You should check out th forums...read thrugh the stickies(the red thumb tacked posts at the top of every forum)and read through the FAQ forum..see if you can't get some ideas...I'm sure you'll find this site very helpful!!!
