i try to eat small meals through out the day and find myself eating chips and salsa couple times through out the week just wondering how good/bad this was for a snack? i try to find the "healthiest" chips out there usually white corn bout 14 chips/170 calories and eat with either green or red salsa. Just wonderin what people thought of it as a snack or have any other good ideas

It is good that you are trying to find the "Healthiest" chip but they are not the best thing for you. The salso probably isn't too bad depending on the content. Some manufacturers put sugar in it for taste. Just eating it on occasion isn't too bad for you but obviously, there are better snacks out there for you.
