i try to eat small meals through out the day and find myself eating chips and salsa couple times through out the week just wondering how good/bad this was for a snack? i try to find the "healthiest" chips out there usually white corn bout 14 chips/170 calories and eat with either green or red salsa. Just wonderin what people thought of it as a snack or have any other good ideas

Just be sensible, and control your portion size. Some healthy snacks could include wheat crackers and tuna, with some olive oil, low-fat yogurt, or some fruit.
I would seek out other snacks if at all possible... try MRP or shakes...I personally like cottage cheese & pineapple; celery sticks & peanut butter; oven bake sweet potatoe fries; etc..
