I was wondering if anyone could tell me how strong i am and how well i am doing. I have been working out for around 6 months and i started at 52kg and I am now 61kg. I am 19 and about 5'5. I look good and I ripped up well and everyone always comments on my physique but i dont know really how id measure my strength. I can bentch around 75 - 80kg, dumbell press two 30kg weights for 5 reps, barbell curl approx 35 - 40kg, seated dumbell press 25kg in each arm, deadlift around 95 - 100kg's and dumbell curl 20kg - (22.5 for a one rep max). is this really strong for my size and weight and am i doing well?
