I am new to this website..but not so new to healthy eating and exercising...just got back in the gym and was alittle overwhelmed with starting a routine again.. havent been in the gym in about 10 years... so i decided to try this website to get me started..
Ive lost 40# since february..and have 27 more #s to go..
