Hey everyone, My name is Vlad, I just joined so saying Hi to you all and asking a few questions.
I rearly "work out". I dont really go to the gym but I do pushups and stuff at home with my dumbells just to keep in shape. But ive decided to take it further and basicallly work on my upper body to get more muscle mainly on the arms, bicep tricep area and the abs. I know I should do arm curls, latteral raises crunches etc. But I have no idea where to start like how many should I do a day and whitch exersises I should do. Do you have any advice on where to start. Thanks

curls and lateral raises are a waste of time...
you should be doing squats, deadlifts, goodmornings, overhead presses, bench presses, pullups/chin ups, BORs, etc...curls are for metros...
