I have been working out off and on since high school. I have a goal to get a six pack. I have recently taken sesamin (fat burning Lignan) with fish oil. I do a quick workout to keep my heart rate up. Then depends on the time I have I do cardio for 10 to 15 minutes max 20 min. My diet sucks cause I don't have a lot of money. Can I get a little help on what I may want to do? Thanks for any help.

I doubt this is the answer you are looking for but the answer is to clean up your diet. Depending on how many times a day you're taking sesamin - that $20 for 60 capsules could buy a lot of tuna.

Well the cardio needs to be increased since the fat burning effects do not begin until 20 minutes. So if you're doing the less than bare minimum you're going to see less than minimum results.

Changing the diet helps too, lean proteins are excellent, the best is Salmon, it has high protein.

Quoting from ogono:

I dont think less than 20 min of cardio will result in that much fat loss. One of my previously overweight friends she would jog for more than an hour each day thats the only time she noticed she was losing any fat.

Abs are made in the kitchen - you must clean your diet in order to achieve them.

Yep, diet is the key. I'm sure you're able to make sensible eating decisions when you're at home to help clean up your diet.
