I just can't give up my favorite desserts: Banana pudding (fat free milk, pudding, whip cream, etc) Sweet potatoe pie (from publix.. yummy!)
I have to give myself credit, I try to eat them on the days I have a cardio session scheduled to help burn off SOME of the nasty contents. Anyone can think of something good and healthy to eat when I get the "sweet tooth"?
