Before when I was trying to gain, I took 1/2 of a whey, casein and milk shake before bed and the other half part way through the night. During this I stopped taking ZMA. I am trying to figure out how to get both in before bed. Everyone seems to suggest 30 - 60 minutes before bed for the ZMA. How long is it necessary to wait before putting something with calcium on top of it. I now workout from 7PM to 8PM and am taking my PWO shake at 8PM. I also try to get some real food in between 8:30 and 9PM. I go to bed at 10:30 - 11:00PM. Sugggestions?
