Let me get this straight. You do a FT program, then you do the above listed everyday??? You are overtraining. It is not good do the same thing everyday. Your body will not have time to rest, repair and grow. Stick with 3-4 days of lifting. Also, whats up with doing everything with 35lbs? I hope your FT routine is not like that. I do not know about stunting your growth, but you are 13 and already 6' tall. You are already above average and you are only 13. You are young and need to get off to a good start so if you really want help, post your routine and we can go from there.
