I am on WK 4 of the weightloss tone plan. Things are tightening up good. No weightloss yet but measurements are lookin good. I am lifting to failure after 8-12 reps on each exercise. My question is when are my muscles going to stop hurting. Am I lifting too much. 24-48 hrs after I exercise that particluar muscle I am extremely sore and stiff

Whoops... should have been more clear... are you taking days off? How much time off between body parts?
DOMS is normal and will eventually not happen.

I am training:
Tue - legs and abs
wed - Shoulders Calves
Fri - Back & Abs
sat - Chest & Calves
Sun - Tri, Biceps and abs
Also each day 25 minutes of cardio at target heart rate
