Hi. I'm new here. I just joined yesterday. I came across this website as I was looking for some kind of programs to implement (and motivate)into my workout at the gym. Somehow in the past year I've become very slack when it comes to a daily work-out regime. I would have bursts of energy and planning, but then I would stop going to the gym/bikram yoga class. And my weight has started to fluctuate again. Is there anyway where I could talk to someone when I'm struggling to motivate myself to fit a work-out in my schedule? Thanks!
