Hey All looking to finally commit and stick to it I am tired of being "big Guy" "tiny" or "Big Daddy" I'm 6'1" 380 lbs most people thought say i look early 300lbs I got alot of belly fat and I will lose it I just got early xmas present from the mrs of a weight bench and free weights with my schedule I dont have spare time to travel to a gym that is open...I plan on walking/running 1-2miles a night and working out based on my FT workouts 4 days a week so I will have 2-3 nights off every other week I think that will keep me motivated and not burnt out. Anyway LETS GET TO WORK!
