Hey Guys I have found you guys to be very workout savy And while I have started the workout program from FT, just did my first day yesterday...I was wondering since I am a huge guy and I have no muscle quams with my legs I max out the little leg press machines, I was wondering what you would reccomend for my upped body much like the last post but I am physically unable to do chin up/pull ups due to my size, So what would be a good alternative to something like that, out side of my program conventional stuff like bench trisep pullover and such?? BTW last time I wieghed before last night I was 380 LAST NIGHT 365!

Contrats on getting healthy. I too had the same problem and simply stayed focused on getting healthy and stronger with what excercises I could do. The weight loss and strength combination will eventually make it easier. Also you can cheat on some excercises as opposed to not doing them at all. Good Luck
