Just wondering if there are any exercises to tighten the stretched out skin from having a baby?? I don't have alot but just on my lower tummy there is a bit with a few very mild stretch marks.
Any advice? Would working lower abs really help with tightening skin?

i don't know about exercises, but i do know a lot of people who use preperation H on saggy skin and stretch marks and swear by the results. my friend rubs it on his stomach and wraps his lower torso with saran wrap and sleeps that way before taking it off in the morning. the only reason i haven't done it yet is because the girl at the drug store is really cute and i don't want to have my first interaction with her being me buying a 20 pound tube of preperation H.

Hydration is very important to skin elasticity, so drinking water like you should will help. You can always try some of the firming lotions out there, and I've heard that breaking open some vitamin E capsules and rubbing them on help too. Just some ideas.

Oh Adalos, that's the best laugh I've had all day! Gee, I wish I'd known that after having my triplets, it's not like I didn't have the stuff on hand........lol
