new basketball workout program

iam doing the the basektball workout on this website.
the workout consists of weight traning and cardio. please check it and give me your opinon

lower body:The results iam looking for are to be more explosive(increase my vertical) to be quicker and faster on my feet

Upper body: stronger core and chest, and stronger toned arms

iam 5'7 and 145 lbs will this workout give me the results(above) iam looking for....thanks

If it were me I'd prefer to switch the Monday and Wednesday workouts. I think its difficult to squat 2 days after doing deadlifts. I also like a different set/rep scheme with plyometrics, say 4x5 depth jumps. You probably can cut the cardio as well if you're already playing in the off season.
