Sorry, I forgot to mention that my goal is 'not to gain fat'. I have relatively low BF but I'm trying to go even lower so I could 'expose' my abs. That's what I eat the most at night. So what's 'right' to eat before bedtime? Thank you

When I am dieting, and really hungry before bed, I have an eggwhite omelette with a small amount of omlette vegetables. Egg slows down the digestion also.
