If you look at my profile goals you know I am morbidly obese and I am following a high protien low fat diet with that said. I was puzzled when i stepped to the dairy case for milk with all the choices which is best do you think for my needs? I don't care right now about taste I am goal oriented. Oh btw it's because I decided to eat whole grain total instead of mc d's for breakfast :laugh:

Ditto. My whole family is on it and they never missed what they don't have.

A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!

Organic fat free milk is good, but pricey. You do not have to be concerned with any one thing, what you have to be concerned with is your overall caloric intake. No matter how good something may be, if it puts you over your calorie needs, then it is bad for YOU.

I like the 1% Milk myself but as bb1fit said it's about calories in vs calories out!
