Well, I am trying to loose some weight. I eat healthy, small portions, get plenty of excersise, BUT.....
I am on call at work, 24 hours a day. Nights, back to days, maybe an afternoon, maybe 2 shifts in a row, etc... So, I must do my prescribed sleeping pills. The problem this posses, is that if I am not in that bed when they kick in, I am in a funny state of mind! I Eat EVERYTHING! I don't even remember what I ate the next day. But I find empty wrappers all over, cookie boxes, even empty baking supply containers! Walnut and coconut bags, etc....
I will not quit the sleeping pills, else I won't have this job anymore either!
So I am looking for advise on how else I can STOP doing this at bed time!! There is no logic in my mind at the time, so I need a plan ahead, somehow?

If I was doing things that I couldn't remember doing, I would definitely get a different prescription.

Just get the stuff out of the house...dithch the cookies and other junk...if it's not there...you can't eat it.Or don't take that pill until you know for a fact you will be in bed when it kicks in.
