hi. im a sophmore in high school and play football and i also wrestle. i am 6'0 220lbs and i am wanting to get stroner and build muscle. does anyone have any suggestions on what i should use when lifting or if anything at all since i have never taken anything and just relied on working out alone

Use weights or other type of resistance!
-------------- A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!

As Carivan said and don't forget to use your Core Muscles or you'll get hurt like I did a year ago!

lol as you probably guessed they don't like supplements hehe I asked about same question and have found through research and other's feedback and experiences nothing but proper nutrion high protien and keeping to your workout is the only thing that "works" if you want to build mass make sure you are getting your protein in--lean meats, tuna, chicken breasts, and such

If you think about it, for years there were no high tech supplements. Some pretty impressive physiques nonetheless were built. No matter what a supplement claims, in order for large amounts of mass to be built in a short period of time hormone manipulation must occur. This is really only done in one way, and usually comes with a high price to pay which may last a lifetime.
