Okay, so why is it that last night I weighed myself last night and this morning I weighed myself and I lost 3 and a half pounds during my 7 hours of sleep. Why is that and should I start trying to sleep for 14 hours from now on so I can lose 6 pounds a night? :big_smile:

It is water weight. You are probably not drinking enough water.
