There was some site recommended to me for quality grippers...can't remember what it was called, does anyone here remember?

I don't think that was it. I remember there being one level of gripper that only about 4 or so people have closed.

There are many companies. You are thinking of Ironmind grippers....more specifically a #4...

There are also robert baraban, beef builder, and heavy grip grippers.....


I personally like beef builder grippers the most....ironmind and RBs are very similar...HGs are lower quality and cheaper but lose strength considerably over time...

No. You need to do wrist specific training...Like wrist curls or levering. I like levering a sledgehammer....
