Hey, I need some advice on losing weight. I'm a fifteen year old girl and I'm trying to drop 30 pounds, but I don't have any access to a gym or anything. I've been playing Dance Dance Revolution for 30 minutes a day and I am trying to lower my calorie intake.
Can anyone help me out?

30 lbs is a lot of weight, are you sure you want to lose that much? All I can think of is to use the dance revolution for an hour a day, that way you are doubling your exercising...but remember to take in fluid while you are exercising, otherwise you'll cramp or even collapse (I know, I've done it!)
