add 2 scoops of whey protein powder,
mix and freeze for 2-4 hours.

Yep it's delicious.

I don't eat any diary products so I use soy milk (or yogurt, and it's gooood!!).
I've even tried with strawberries, gelatine, egg whites and protein powder AND it still works!! lol (one has to try before knowing!)

Yummy!!

I don't use soy or dairy so I buy a product called Ultra Size from Beverly Nutrition. I mix it with water. Freeze and it is terrific desert substitute.

Ultra size is a product from Beverly International Nutrition. Like an MRP, but not limited by a serving pouch. Make your own by bodyweight. The chocolate is awesome tasting. Best tasting by far I have ever tasted, top of the line ingredients.

So this UltraSize stuff is a similar format to Biotest's Grow?

I have not tried Grow by Biotest, nor will I. Not knocking it in any way, I have just found the very best in Beverly, and no reason for any other any more.
