Hey, I need some advice on losing weight. I'm a fifteen year old girl and I'm trying to drop 30 pounds, but I don't have any access to a gym or anything. I've been playing Dance Dance Revolution for 30 minutes a day and I am trying to lower my calorie intake.
Can anyone help me out?
What kind of physical activities do you enjoy? Dancing, bike riding, swimming, skating, soccer. Engaging on the activities you enjoy most, will give you a better chance of sticking with your fitness goals. Diet is also key. Try your best to skip those unhealthy snacks. Eat right and exercise will enable you to reach your goals
