hi im 5'9 130 looking to gain muscle and weight. I have a good workout plan that some1 experienced gave me, but i need a diet. I was told i need about 2000-2500 calories per day, does any1 have any diets that have this much
Well if your not willing to figure out your own diet I really doubt you'll follow 1!
I'm tired of the youth wanting everything handed out to them, you'll never achieve anything worth while in life until you get up and go get it for yourself and put your own effort into things!
With that said go to the Nutrition Forum and find what good foods to eat and get too work!
SFG uses sledgehammer style posting, but he is correct. If he sounds cynical, it is simply from being "bit by that dog before".
I can simply tell you one thing, at 5'9" and 130, just eat. Don't worry too much about calories, the more the better in your case. Not much should be off limits at this point.
