Don't feel guilty that you stuffed yourself just like that turkey yesterday got stuffed. A one time meal like that isn't going to pack on the pounds, it's eating like that all the time that will do it to you.
Okay, so Thanksgiving is over and you eat til it seemed you were going to burst. But now it's over and now you can get back into your routine. Read some of the articles written by some of the regulars here and use it as a motivator. Get out today and do some walking, running or lifting or whatever you do that is enjoyable and that is physical (Yes, you can engage in that activity too :love:).
