I would really appreciate some ideas what to eat at lunch - things that are high in protein and low in fat and bad carbs. The only thing I can think of is a salad variations and a mixed fruit salad... If you have some suggestions, I would love to know them! I need all the help I can get!!!

Canned chicken on whole wheat bread is a great lunch. Also, lean sliced turkey provides a lot of protein as well. You can always wash it down with a protein shake. For the sandwich, you can even add no-fat mayo, miracle whip or another condiment for extra flavor.

i like to grill a whole bunch of chicken breasts and steaks the sunday before my workweek, pop them in ziplocks, and toss them in the freezer. this way, they're ready to go when you are, and you can make BBQ sandwiches, caesar salads, teriyaki rice bowls, etc., with them without taking too much time.

Cottage cheese is good. Especially convenient in the 4 oz lunch packs (Breakstone's is the brand). I also like tuna, chicken, soy burgers...
