PLease don't multiple post in seperate forums.
Are you trying to gain weight? If you are gaining in your midsection, you might be overeating or eating the wrong types of foods. What does a typical daily menu look like for you? -------------- There is more to us than we know. If you are trying to gain weight, you are not eating enough. In fact, I don't think you're eating enough. Period.
Check the diet forum... lots of great ideas in there.... eat five or six smaller meals a day to match your needed calorie intake. t -------------- I am training for birthdays. Be here. Live. Love. Quite simply, you need to eat way more than you currently are! You should be eating AT LEAST 3X/day better to eat 5-6X/day. Also try adding some wt training, that way the weight you put on will be muscle and not fat! Do as Tim says and read the many threads on diet and nutrition, because it seems that you have a lot to learn!
good luck! |

skyb, I work full time, have a family and work out at least 1X/day....and i eat at least 5X/day. You just have to put in the effort. Pre preparing food helps a lot...again, there are many posts regarding this in the diet and nutrition forum, so take the time to browse the site and learn all you can.

I think it may even be simpler than that. She just needs to eat, period! At this point I wouldn't even worry about counting calories, just eat healthy and eat a lot!!...and lift wts:)

Your current question is a fairly common one - spend some time reading in the FAQs forum and reading the 'sticky' posts (ones with the red push pin symbol next to them) in the other forums. I am sure you will find the answer to most of your questions. There is also a great search engine for the forums, at the bottom of the screen , called fitbuddy - you just put in keywords and it will pull up relevant posts. Usually you can find the info you are looking for.
If all that fails, then post a well-thought out question and I am sure you will receive some great suggestions. :) |
