Hello to all of you. I just found this website. I've been trying to lose weight, on and off for some time now. Right now i'm looking for motivation. I've been reading the boards here and have found some motivation and inspiration.
I'm 34 and have had 4 children. I'm 5'7" and weigh 182. I can never get below 175 usually. I always end up giving up for a while then start back up. I have some free weights and a bowflex and i never use them. My husband calls the bowflex the $2,000 coat rack. LOL.. anyways, I actually know alot about fitness and eating healthy, from researching and doing it from time to time throughout the years. I have a hard time with staying focused and committed. Not to mention, i have no support or dieting buddies to help me along. so hopefully i can find that here. So anyways, hello to all and good luck on your own weightloss journeys.
