I heard that vitamins make you gain weight. Is that true?

Some Vitamins build appetite so that might be the reason why some people gain weight on the. 5-6 small meals a day with a protein at each meal with exercise keeps weight in check and also hunger in check.

LOL, never heard that one before, sorry just had to laugh. Just taking a regular multi-vitamin is all you need, you don't need special ones with carb reduction, or fat burning, etc. Those are the ones that sometimes build appetite but not the majority.

that is one of the mot ludacris things i have ever heared of other than if you bend your kness while doing curls your quads get huge some guy at my gym who has never got 4 inches or farther down the squat before
