I'm so excited, I've found this site and have input my info to get my personalized fitness plan and most machines or equipment I have at home or at the gym I belong to.
My main question is supplements, How and when do you take them? I have a fat loss program that recommends whey protein and a fat burner.
Then to help build muscle mass, it mentions creatine. Do I do these programs seperately or in tandem. What is the proper schedule? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
