I work in an office where I have a very long morning (5 1/2 hrs) and need to constantly snack in the morning because my breakfast is very light due to time constraints. I have a banana, work out, get to work, have some instant oatmeal, and start working. I only get 1-3 four minute moments to eat throughout the morning. I usually snack on yogurt, carrots, granola bars, frozen fruit, but I'm so bored of these foods. Christmas is coming and all the chocolate delivered to our office is hard to resist. Any ideas?

Bring in some protien shakes, hard boiled eggs (whites only) Induldge in 1 chocolate a day. Also Low fat cheeses, perhaps even a protien bar for the sweet taste. Hope this helps.

Again, one might think I have stock in MRP companies..LOL..but they really can shine in these instances. There are some very tasty ones out there, will fill you and give you good nutrition at the same time. Myoplex chocolate mint comes to mind. Actually had little chocoalte mints in it! Will satisfy your chocolate cravings. They sell a box of just chocolate lovers flavors. And on top of that, will give you some needed protein to help refuel your muscle growth after working out. Another option with them, you don't even have to use a shaker if you don't want. You can always make like a pudding, refrigerate it overnight, in the morning take a couple to work. Eat like a yogurt, and they won't spill either. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the tips everyone. To be honest, some of these options are not that appetizing, but I guess that's the price you pay!
Thanks again!

Very good advice. I know how time can be a problem. I have very little time to eat during the day. I usually have some crackers for a quick snack. Not the best, but it works. Fruit is always fast and easy. As far as the temptations of Christmas, allow yourself a little to keep you from binging but don't go overboard and you will be fine.
