I finally understand when people say if u starve yourself your body holds on to fat.. Its true!
I must admit i was a 'starver' in order to lose weight, i only wanted to lose 11-22lbs, and despite all the exercise i did i wasnt losing any weight.. All because i was eating under 1000 cal's a day.
I hired a personal trainer at my gym and she said i really needed to eat more. It was hard to hear, coz eating more to lose weight just didnt seem correct to me.
But now im eating around 1400 cal's a day and doing the exercises she told me, and ive lost about 9lbs in a couple of weeks! yay
I feel proud of myself that i could get past that starvation barrier and now im on the way to a slimmer, healthier me! Theres motivation for everyone!
