I just wanted to get a quick question answered here if no one minds. I have started to gain a small gut in my weight gain, how do I get rid of it? Should I go into a "cutting phase" as has been suggested?
If you're putting on more fat than you want you can slow down the progression. Slow down the weight gain and delay your goal time line a little. I saw that you are trying to put on 30 lbs in a fairly short time. You can't put it on that fast without putting on more fat than muscle.
