HEY GUYS yes this sucks for being a big guy I was running/walking 3-4x a week I was in target looking at weights for the inbetween stuff for my dumbells and opened a case to have a 7.5 b metal weight drop from about 4ft up to smash my big left toe, it didnt break but i know it is at the least a fracture i can bend it down but up I get serious pain so I cant run on it (can't put full weight on bending) so anyone know of some alternate cardio that would have no impact on my left foot? I can lift weights still I just cant run walk with it :surprised:

That sucks. What about riding a bike or swimming ?
Good Luck with that.

thanks Ka yeah talked to Mutt in chat earlier I guess I'll have to find an indoor pool somewhere, don't have a stationary bike and I'm too big for a normal bike, but Mutt suggested to rest and let it heal...i think i will hold off on my cardio and push the weights a little more

Another thing you can do is shorten your rest between sets or do some super sets. That should get your heart pumping and the sweat dripping.
