I want to reset my progress charts, but can't find out how to do it. I already screwed up and reset my entire workout routine...oh well, I'll start over after 2 weeks, that's no biggie.

Also, the charts keep saying my LAST set was the one listed first...i.e. You lifted 12 pounds for 22 reps on your last set last time...when that was actually my FIRST set...

Help.
Thanks.

Your email was answered and welcome to freetrainers. Good luck reaching your goals.
Which program are you doing?

A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!

I'm just doing a weight loss program with strength training and the Ab workout. It's frustrating to not have the charts working for me. Is there any way to reset the charts themselves?

Is someone working on the "you lifted __ on the LAST" set issue?
