Just thought I'd introduce myself.

My name is Debbie I'm 45 years old and live on the East coast USA. I'm married with 2 children. I've worked out most of my life in one form or another. Currently mixing cardio and weight training.

Well I went to the gym today did my normal toning with upper and lower body and then a 40 min cardio. I'm starting to think maybe I should alternate upper body and lower instead of what I'm currently doing (right now I do Mon, Wed, Fri weight train and Tues, Thurs Sat just 50 mins cardio) Just seems by the end of the weights my energy is a little bogged!
