Do you have just the bench? Do you have a bar, plates, etc.... ?

You don't have many limitations with what you have as far as equipment. When you sign up for your exercise program, one of the choices are free weights only.

Where do I start...the list can go on and on guy... you can exercise all of your body parts with just what you have.
Chest - Bench Press
Shoulders - Upright Row, Shrug, Shoulder Press, Clean and Press
Back - Bent over barbell row
Legs - Lunges, Deadlift, Squat
Biceps - Curl (using different variations of grip width)
Tricep - tricep extensions (lying/standing)
just a few..

if you could get your hands on a pair of dumbbells aswell you could add more exercises for more variation, such as flys, arnold presses, kickbacks, single arm dumbbell rows, etc.
