p.s. you might want to define your goals a little more specific 25lbs but do you want to just lose fat or lose fat build muscle so on so forth but welcome the support and knowledge is so awesome here
Hey Avery Welcome your definitely in the right place. Ther is so much info and help here Check out all the forums ask questions. I've only been on this site a week and I have gotten so much help from a lot of people it is amazing.
