today i benched a barbell all by myself..i had already done my rounds so my chest was exhausted but i was still able to do a set of 10... i know this must sound silly to all of you.. but you dont know how badly i have wanted to incorporate more barbell exercises...and it tells me im stronger now too...yay me!!!

thx all..im really excited...chest isnt until thurs tho..so i have to wait..lol.. i dont think i can lift it for shoulders..hehehe..atleast without it being on a smith machin..

Be careful about using words like "grow" Ivan or she will start back pedaling. :)

lol, I meant develop! As in lean tissue. Just tell her it will burn more calories.:big_smile:

Very cool. I remember when I was finally able to lift the BB without wobbling it all over. I was thrilled!! Congrats!!
