ACtually it works the pectorals as a primary mover. Good for the vertically run fibers of the pectoralis minor and the sternal portion of the pectoralis major.
I like to work them in as they are a good form of scapular depression, and I do a great deal of scapular elevation because of all the olympic lifting and deadlifting I do... Just balancing things out.

I was doing a super set for my bicep/triceps....and I dont know if this is an exercise or even if it is if I did it right maybe yo guys can help me out
I grabbed a 10 lb weight and held it in my hand with my middle finger sticking through the bar hole to grip it. laying on my back I took the weight from the finishing position in a tripcep extension and took my whole arm back not just the upper arm like in a lying tricep extension took it all the way back til just below level with my body when my whole arm kinda strained to keep the weight from collapsing my arm and push it back all the way up straight armed it felt great through my arm felt almost like standing lat raises without the shoulders...any help on doing this right if it is an exercise would be great

Thats a pullover - works your lats like a straight arm press down, alos secondaryily works your tris to an extent, you shoulders a little, maybe your pecs at the very top of the movement.
