I love ICE CREAM, it's been months but Safeway sells that select brand of Fat Free No Sugar Added and it's great.

Do you think even this type of ICE Cream consummed too much can bite you in the ass or dose it fall into the "If it falls into your daily intake"?

Reason I ask is because come time for hot weather it sure seems nice of an idea to be able to add 1 serving to a shake!

Looking for a treat/reward for being good on your diet?

My wife brought home from the store these Klondike bars or Eskimo Pie(threw away the box, so not sure...they are square), no sugar added. Man, these things are killer!

Only 160 calories too(that I know)

(Singing) "What would you do for a Klondike Bar?"

Haha, sorry that made me think of the commercial.
