I've been hearing lots of talk regarding fish oil. Can anyone shed the light of knowledge on fish oil?

Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids which help you burn fat. Flax seed oil is the same thing and is available at any drug store :)

Flax is in the parent form of ALA, which the body has to break down and convert to EPA and DHA. This is not so easily done in some folks, such as diabetics and the older you get. The chain length is the problem here.

6-8 gr. seems to be the level recommended to reap the benefits.

No, total fish oil. 10 a day will not hurt you...may have a bit of blood thinning properties, but if you have no issues then this is not an issue.
