I have read that doing heavy weight squats increase testosterone to a very high level than normal. If one does endurance exercises like body weight squat for about 200 repetitions, what would be the effect on testosterone levels

Well, from what I've always read, training with maximal weight has a better effect on testosterone levels than doing a bodyweight squat for 200 reps.
In what situation would you want to do 200 reps?

What would ever possess you to do 200 reps of squats? Sheesh...
Endurance athletes typically have lower testosterone levels. Heavy deadlifts and heavy squats are a sure-fire way to jack your testosterone. However, lifting heavy once will not do it for you. Prolonged heavy lifting raises testosterone over time.

Bennett you said prolonged heavy lifting raises testosterone over time.I thought it would raise T suddenly. How much time(approximately) would it take to have an increase in T.What would be the increase in its level.

True, intense heavy training can increase testosterone rather quickly. However, T levels fall a couple hours later. If you want an overall elevated level of T all the time, consistant heavy training will do it. Testosterone levels are also dependent on your diet.

Increases in T levels with weights are acute, not chronic.

Huh? Is the acne from the testosterone or from sweat and clogged pores? How do you know - blood tests?
Keep the reps low, sets high. Just do the research and you'll see.
