Wow I must say I don't care what I weigh right now hopefully I am lighter admittedly, but I just pushed myself and feel good here's what I did considering i was doing the full reps out with only 20 lb DB's
incline dumbell flyes: 35x13, 35x11, 35x 10, 35x8 30 sec rest between sets
incline dumbell press: 40x16, 40x12, 40x10, 40x8 30 sec rests
flat bench flyes 35x14, 35x12, 35x9, 35x8 30 sec rests
decline tricep extensions(barbell close grip) 45x18, 45x14, 45x12, 45x10
Damn I am jello but feel great- I also did some preacher curls but it was just to get some blood flowing nothing pushing it i think it was just 50lbs
